After the first contact, we will begin with an initial introductory consultation to gather requirements for the due diligence phase. We will also prepare an estimate/statement of works. Usually, this process takes around a month but can be adjusted based on the client's readiness and requirements.

For instance, the high-level Organisation Design (OD) employs a three-step process to determine the organisation's needs, develop a plan to tackle those needs, and then commit to the resulting solution.
Generally, the life cycle of a consulting project will differ depending on the scope of work. However, it can be categorised into three phases: Analyse, Plan, and Execute.

  1. ANALYSE includes an initial consultation to assess requirements and explore options to solve the presented issue. Follow-up meetings may be scheduled to analyse needs and possible solutions comprehensively.
  2. PLAN includes designing and developing a customised solution that aligns with the needs of the organisation, team, or individual.
  3. EXECUTE includes operationalising the solution, whether system-wide, team-based, or for an individual. The implementation contains maximising results for sustainability through evaluation and continuous improvement.

We typically determine the cost of our services using commonly used pricing methods in the industry. These methods include hourly rates, fixed fees, retainer packages, and value-based pricing.

For instance, a client seeking HR consulting to assist with a team evaluation that involves assessing organisational structures, job roles, pay and benefits, as well as performance reviews, over twelve months is a distinct project from someone who needs coaching support over six months to start a new business or apply for a job.

Will you sign a confidentiality agreement or an NDA?

The profession of therapy requires a license, whereas life coaching does not. However, life coaches can earn accreditation from reputable organisations such as AC, EMCC, and ICF and complete training programs. The main difference between therapists and life coaches is that coaches eventually equip their clients with the skills and strategies to become their coaches.
